We are sad to hear the branch is closing. We aren't fans of another local branch. We hope the other branch, close by, gets better. But it feels like an attitude problem. “I come to this bank whenever possible, as I enjoy the enjoy the ambience and good service of the staff here. Last week all my accounts had been the victim of an online hacker. Fortunately, I'd called WFB and they stepped in just in time to prevent the loss of funds. The next day I went in to unravel this mess. I was assigned to Beni. She took her time and patiently went through each transaction in all of my accounts, to sort out the many attempted transfers and withdrawals before the hacker was stopped. She then opened all new accounts, gave me folders for each one, along with a healthy dose of wisdom on keeping my finances protected going forward. She was a delight to work with. Bright, efficient, warm and patient. When our session was complete, she asked with a huge smile - "is there anything else I can do for you?" Only then did she head out for lunch, which she'd postponed just to finish my case.”

“I had an account my father set up for me before he passed away 11 years ago and my mom kept mail about it and I don’t know anything about td ameritrade and that stuff so I just wanted to close the account and take the money out. The head offices made this difficult and there were some hoops to jump through but at this branch I saw this man trey who worked there on Mondays and he was able to help the process go smoother and I was able to cash my check yesterday and get the money. Trey is the only reason I’m giving this branch 5 stars because he was very helpful and remembered me from 2 Mondays ago!”

“Been going to Schwab for years and they finally moved to the lobby floor with Ameritrade. So the unit number is no longer 1105. Enter the building from the main entrance and turn left, the office is right next to the elevators ?”

“There is a branch closer to where I live, but some of the employees from that branch moved to this one years ago, and whenever I used this branch they all greeted me in such a friendly way, which was definitely appreciated. When the other local branch where we had our safety deposit box closed and relocated here, there was an even greater incentive to bank at this location when we need something 'in person' vs. online. Every past encounter with tellers, security or customer service agents has been stellar -- extremely friendly, courteous, professional and so helpful. Drive up hours are also a plus. I have to agree with Jay about the slippery floors when it rains, but that is a minor complaint, easily remedied!”
