“I have been banking here at the palisades office for several years and this branch is not only the best bank I have worked with in palisades, but the best bank by far I have ever worked with over the last 50 years. Everyone that works here, helps me. Marina, Mayda, wendi and liz are extremely helpful and welcoming. As well as pleasant and professional. And most of all handles my transactions very quickly and efficiently. My sister, wife, and nephew have all switched over to this bank and branch. All of them are extremely happy with their services. I always enjoy coming here to do the banking because they are always so sweet and nice. Again it's my absolute favorite bank because of them. One west bank , you are very lucky to have them on your team.”

“Almost everyone at this branch is helpful and very pleasant, including the always smiling parking attendant. (Though he will make you repark between the lines ) Unfortunately the terrible attitude and incorrect information dispensed by the red head female has ruined my experience. ***UPDATE: I was impressed that Lina (the woman mentioned above) approached me at the branch today and apologized for any miscommunication with a pleasant and cheerful approach. Thanks Lina, I look forward to building a better relationship. And hope to continue getting good service from this branch. Upping my review now to four stars. “All bank branches in the Pacific Palisades tend to be very friendly and professional. It ... ahem....used to be a "small community" and let's hope the businesses keep that small community feel. I have always had success and great customer service at the Palisades Chase Bank. Both on the phone with various employees and in person several times with Montasir "Jay" Jahan. Mr. Jahan has helped me several times and has consistently been helpful, considerate, accommodating and precise. He is a fine representative of his company. Banks are busy and they're businesses, too, we must realize. When I have something to be notarized or anything other than a simple transaction, I DO call ahead and make sure they have someone there that can take care of it. I am not dismissing the OP and the aggravation of waiting for a notary. I just have learned it is better to call ahead, they will try and accommodate you. If one is not willing to do that, there are stores and businesses with full time notaries for a charge. Again, kudos to Mr. Jahan and his excellent service.”
