David who is a personal banker there helped me open up an account and also advised me on which accounts would yield the most benefits. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! “Almost everyone at this branch is helpful and very pleasant, including the always smiling parking attendant. (Though he will make you repark between the lines ) Unfortunately the terrible attitude and incorrect information dispensed by the red head female has ruined my experience. ***UPDATE: I was impressed that Lina (the woman mentioned above) approached me at the branch today and apologized for any miscommunication with a pleasant and cheerful approach. Thanks Lina, I look forward to building a better relationship. And hope to continue getting good service from this branch. Upping my review now to four stars. And I always appreciate conflict resolution.”
