He went beyond the call of duty to cooperate with the Seller's agent and get us pre-approved on the weekend. It was truly a blessing having him on our side throughout the entire process. We simply cant thank him enough. I will definitely recommend him to anyone for mortgage needs”

“Sterling handled my TIC mortgage loan and did a fantastic job. I'm a first-time homeowner and shocked by the bad reviews I see here on Yelp. Sandy, our loan officer, was incredibly communicative and helpful the entire process, ensuring things ran smoothly (our Escrow period included Christmas and New Years, what a nightmare)! TIC loans are a bit harder to qualify for because they are higher risk, but both Sandy and her assistant were there to help wrangle the many documents required and follow-up when the underwriter had questions. When we had a weird thing get flagged by a parent's credit card, they put in the extra work to help us clear up the issue. Overall, I felt they advocated for the loan happening and actively helped close it on time (a few days early, actually!) We dealt with some annoyances during the process, but again, Sterling always explained how we could overcome the hurdles. When I went into the office to sign some in-person paperwork, the staff were kind and very professional. Definitely recommend Sandy if you are buying a TIC!!”

“I don't usually take time to write reviews but the exceptional service that Maristel Vasco, the Relationship Manager VP Long Beach branch has definitely went above and beyond her job description, she had closely followed up on my application, answers phone calls, emails and any client inquiry efficiently and speedily. She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. Kudos to CNB for having a highly competent relationship manager.”

“I had to do some complicated banking here, and arrived without an appointment. I was very pleased that Mayra, one of the bankers, worked with me for a very long time - even through lunch - so that we could get things done. She had to deal with the legal department on the phone for document approval, and had to get her manager to approve other things, and I was very impressed with how she stayed on task until she was able to close several accounts and hand me cashier's checks.”

“There is a branch closer to where I live, but some of the employees from that branch moved to this one years ago, and whenever I used this branch they all greeted me in such a friendly way, which was definitely appreciated. When the other local branch where we had our safety deposit box closed and relocated here, there was an even greater incentive to bank at this location when we need something 'in person' vs. online. Every past encounter with tellers, security or customer service agents has been stellar -- extremely friendly, courteous, professional and so helpful. Drive up hours are also a plus. I have to agree with Jay about the slippery floors when it rains, but that is a minor complaint, easily remedied!”

“We use an amazing money management firm and they like using Interactive Brokers, but we forced them to move to the Schwab platform.The ease and convenience and the just plain AMAZING and expedient customer service we receive from our local branch office in Seal Beach, CA, by Jazzmin Mancilla. Time and time again I have something to drop off for someone, or we need to get a new account funded to meet someone's time management at tax time challenges.Sometimes its easy stuffToday it was more complicated.No matter, Jazzmin knows what to do, equips you with the necessary follow-up, and does it all with both core competence, a breadth of knowledge, and is simply a pleasure PLEASURE to work with there.Sorry Interactive Brokers.
