I went in towards the end of business day and Geno was quick to see what I needed, he had an estimate sent to me even earlier than promised. Dennis is the man!! Total white glove service from the start, expectations were set given their workload when I brought it in and communication was excellent throughout as he navigated the insurance side of the process. Carla’s office management and efficiency is hard to beat. With no pressure we discussed enhancements to other parts of the vehicle that would prolong the life of truck for years to come. Todd being the professional that he is, offered to follow up in the following days to make sure all was well and that I was pleased with the outcome. This team is top shelf, stoked I can count on them!”

“On my way to car week and I had a blow out and destroyed my run flat - stuck on Highway 1 I called Monterey tire who referred me to Guy. I called him and he invited me to come right over - within an hour AAA had me in Guys hands.This is what service is all about - a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He checked out the car while getting me a new set of tires - and had me ready for the Concourso by the next day. BTW not only did he take care of my tires he buffed out a rub mark on the fender I got from the tow. “This was one of the best experiences with a company that I have ever had, no matter what the business.I had been recommended to Marina Collision Repair by my dealership after backing into a tree. It was a minor repair but one that I just couldn't live without. Not only are their prices very reasonable, they finished the repair in half the time they quoted me and they even delivered my car back to my front door (I almost cried).The job they did is flawless and James and his team are true craftsmen. His wife Tammy is fantastic and really adds to the great experience. She makes you feel like family! Their customer service is bar none. “Really happy to find a good local shop! My work truck needed some love as I was approaching 100,000 miles.Abraham and the crew did an awesome job and got my truck fixed up and returned quickly. While they were replacing the front struts and lower ball joints they discovered that my brake calipers had come loose and the hardware was damaged, they fixed the calipers and replaced the hardware with out charging me for the labor! Abraham is very friendly and took the time to give me clear updates about what was happening. It's refreshing to work with people like Abraham and I highly recommend this shop, My truck is running the best it has in a long time thanks to the crew at Automotive Service Center of Seaside!”
“Gene's did a great job replacing the hinges and fixing gaps on my Tesla Model Y rear hatch. On time, friendly, did exactly what they said they’d do. Tesla paid for the repair under warranty but I thought their costs were very reasonable. Competent staff, knowledgeable, busy; a well run business IMO.”
