“Great trucks at reasonable prices. The trucks are much newer than u haul trucks. The person serving there was nice and courteous. Asked by himself if I have a triple A discount, even though I didn't know of the discount. Also, he gave me an appliance dolly without any charge. Finally, when I took a little time at the parking, he came out of the office to see if everything was okay. Really, great service. Highly recommend them.”
“Customer service is great but their truck mileage is off significantly. According to gps my entire route should have been 153 miles. I was charged for 201 miles; At 3/4 a table the truck reads 198 miles until empty and I stopped to get gas at 1/4 a tank in Glendora before dropping it off. So I’m just struggling to account for the nearly 50 miles addtl”

“It's hard to get overly enthusiastic about truck rental centers, but I have to give this Center 5 stars. And I do not award five stars very easily. We are in the process of moving my son and we needed a 26-foot truck. Since we will be driving to his new home for three days, we had checked in early with Mr Patel, the manager, and discuss how important it was for us to get a newer truck that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. He explained to us that trucks come and go and he doesn't always have control over it, but he would do what he can. Mr. Patel was able to wrangle us a new 26-foot truck that doesn't smell like smoke and he gave us a great deal all around. It's a one way drop-off and he gave us tips on how to save money with leaving it in another state. He also gave us a great deal on a utility dolly rental. I have not always had great experiences renting box trucks, but Mr Patel did a great job and I highly recommend this U-Haul rental center. The Patels tried to be as accommodating as they possibly can be. They are very customer-oriented!”

“My dad recently passed away, so I flew in to Ontario to take care of his estate and had to rent a car for my time there. My brother accidentally left his insulin in the car when we returned it. In a panic, I submitted a Lost and Found request to get it. Someone called me within minutes to let me know they had it and had refrigerated it and could ship it asap. Given everything going on, I cannot tell you how big of a deal that is. Thank you. Will continue to rent from Budget”
