“Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.”

“Another poor performance on getting customers checked in for a service appointment. 8:30 appointment, arrived at 8:20, and no service rep contact until 8:50. They checked people in that arrived after me. I contacted the service director (Amy) who was super apologetic and advised she was in the process of fixing several things in the service department after she recently was appointed to the director position. Amy is a breath of fresh air and was able to fix several things wrong with my truck under my extended warranty and gave me a rental for a couple days while the truck was being fixed. Darleen Salazar was the old service director that came in after Crown Toyota sold to a new dealership group. Darleen ran that service department into the ground and was totally incompetent. I guess her lack of work ethic and lies got her promoted to general manager of the dealership now. Great job Amy on owning the problem and admitting this was an ongoing issue she was working on. Great job by my service advisor Alex. Alex came up to me after the phone call to Amy and definitely made things better. Alex kept me in the loop; and got my truck serviced and repaired quickly.”

“Sorry in advance for the vague details, my trip was months ago. The ladies working the front desk said I’d receive an email to offer a reviews but it never came. Long story short I was in town for a funeral so time was of the essence. I wanted to get in and out so I wasn’t late. Everything was running smoothly until we got to the printer. A printer which the employees have been complaining about for a while it seems would constantly jam up and they would have to start all over. This happen about 3-4 times. Fortunately I was able to get out then in time and everything worked out but if it wasn’t for a how nice and accommodating the ladies working that day were this would have been a 2 or 3 star review.”

“The person helping us was super helpful, my name was on the reservation but my fiancé who is over 25 would be driving. The employee kindly rebooked the reservation for the same price so that my fiancés name was on it and we could avoid the under 25 fee.”

“Yes, I would highly recommend Budget! It was very easy to pick up our car and get on our way. The staff really picked up after we got notice of our brother's sudden death which changed our vacation plans. We were unable to get a flight out of our original airport and got re-booked at another airport. The staff helped facilitate dropping off our car at another airport, helped with directions to the other airport. Once we arrived at the new airport, once again the staff excelled at helping facilitate the return and directing us to the correct terminal. I am highly recommending Budget to all!”

“Rented a wheelchair van for a quick trip with a wheelchair passenger. The rental went great and the rep, Alicia, was stellar. She's so accommodating and gracious. She helped us pronto and secured us a good deal on the rental van. We mad a mistaken returning the keys but she was again gracious with us and I'm very likely to rent again. It is true they are not at the airport and the vans aren't the latest models but the price is right and the service is stellar, especially from Alicia. Thank you!”

“Great staff whom are extremely efficient at their job. They genuinely care about customer care and satisfaction. The other I calm and I'm with my husband to rent a car and they had one easily available & ready for rental. (Unlike enterprise who were "out of cars" ) when I came back in a couple days later I showed up right when they Werribee closing (not knowing they close at 6) they gave me help right away and I was able to turn in my car in less than 5mins. All in all great customer service and efficient car rental. I don't recall the two gentleman whom helped me but thank you I truly appreciate it and you helped me out a ton.”

“Had a great experience! Please read before you book. You need a CREDIT CARD AND ID BOTH NAMES HAVE TO MATCH. I paid the pay now option online! ONLY BOOK ON REGULAR WEBSITE!!! Don’t book on another third party! Also I did notice not many cars. I booked a small suv and got a Jeep! I also showed up at 5:45 am to get my vehicle was in and out by 6 am. I wasn’t pressured to add a driver or to purchase insurance. My company covers it.”

After travel delays, I tried to update my pickup time on the app, but it wouldn't let me change it, kept getting system errors. Reservation eventually cancelled. When I finally got to Hertz Ben was super helpful and took care of the issue quickly.”
