“This location despite the area it happens to be in stays pretty clean. Manager Raymond is probably the best thing about the place. He is awesome. Hes very helpful and friendly. I thought about relocating to a different storage facility but I'd miss seeing that guy. The only issue I really have is with the insane rent increases over the course of 2 years my rent has doubled. That is insane.”

“My daughter moved into an apartment to finish her college career at Pitzer College in Claremont and we needed to find a small storage location because the apartment was too small for about 1/2 of her stuff. We found Trojan Storage of West Ontario. The staff was amazing - so helpful and very patient with a stressed out Dad and Daughter who had just driven from Seattle to Claremont the day before. The deal we got was perfect, the move into the storage unit super easy, and we just moved out after about 6 mos of storing there. We wanted to give a big shout out to ABE and his crew for being so kind and helpful. The unit was clean, well kept, and they helped us out a lot. Highly recommended! I especially appreciated their good humor to keep us positive!”

“From start to finish, a great experience. Very prompt to get back to me. Did everything over phone/email and sent me all the gate code and spot a few days ahead of time. Security is very good, I showed up at 9:00pm, and they were there doing the rounds and checked in immediately. They are currently helping me coordinate a shipper picking my car up. Also being close to the airport it handy. 10/10 would recommend.”

Even though my stuff was at their other location. On the other hand I had to call the location where my belongings were and she was very rude not helpful and pretty much told me there isn't anything she can do for me.”

“AAA+++ 100% Their response to my inquiry was exceedingly prompt, everyone in the office who answers or receives incoming calls was proficient to provide me rental rates and delivery/pickup price for my location. I can infer from all aspects of my first dealings with them that their administrative and organizational structure is highly efficient like a family organization or even a well engineered machine. They were able to confidently provide an accurate availability and delivery date for Thousand Oaks. Their scheduling and delivery personnel are responsive and proactive. Wow! I just had to say "wow!" Gustavo, the driver who delivered our container was amazing in his ability and technique for lowering and sliding the container from the truck and into the difficult to reach corner on the job site location. He is humble and his commanding technique was amazing and a pleasure to witness. He was on time and called promptly to confirm that i was on my way to meet him. My experience with their driver Gustavo was professional and exemplary and precisely what you might come to experience when you choose to patronize a well run company like "Storage Container.Com" Their quoted prices "ring-true" to what i estimate to be competitive and was satisfied enough that i spent no more time to call anyone else If the first company i call seems to be the best choice, I eliminate the anxiety of fishing around with other companys. The container was aesthetically pleasing, clean, painted white interior, flat floor, secure strong and excellent mechanically functioning hinges and closure mechanism. “It's hard to get overly enthusiastic about truck rental centers, but I have to give this Center 5 stars. And I do not award five stars very easily. We are in the process of moving my son and we needed a 26-foot truck. Since we will be driving to his new home for three days, we had checked in early with Mr Patel, the manager, and discuss how important it was for us to get a newer truck that didn't smell like cigarette smoke. He explained to us that trucks come and go and he doesn't always have control over it, but he would do what he can. Mr. Patel was able to wrangle us a new 26-foot truck that doesn't smell like smoke and he gave us a great deal all around. It's a one way drop-off and he gave us tips on how to save money with leaving it in another state. He also gave us a great deal on a utility dolly rental. I have not always had great experiences renting box trucks, but Mr Patel did a great job and I highly recommend this U-Haul rental center. The Patels tried to be as accommodating as they possibly can be. They are very customer-oriented!”
