Over 2hrs for an oil change with an appointment for $200. This place is trash. Will never take my truck here again.

I had a great experience at Novato Toyota. My service manager, Bob Carpenter is great. He is smart, knowledgable, courteous, and went the extra mile to help me. Won't take my Toyota anywhere else.

I recently had a repair done in my 2021 Toyota Venza. The repair was fine but the service departments needs additional training with respect race relations. I'm very disappointed
