“The job was done correctly with quality workmanship, knowledgeable management, efficient service, and peace of mind!I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler about 3 weeks before the left engine head started to display issues in cylinder 4 (that nasty check engine light came on), but it turns out this was an issue with many Jeep Wranglers that year. Jeep had extended the warranty from 5-10 years, but I missed the 10-year by 1 year. The owner I purchased the Jeep from transferred his private-party insurance (insurance for mechanical issues) to me, but getting approval on any repairs is notoriously difficult from private repair insurance. However, the manager at Genuine was well-versed in dealing with such warranties and managed to navigate the minefield of excuses to get approval (saving me a substantial chunk of change). Genuine had my Jeep back on the road within a few days (considering this was a major repair, very quickly) and at no cost to me personally for the left head replacement. I elected to have them do additional regular maintenance (replacement of the belts and water pump) and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Genuine Motors! These guys do quality work and are straight shooters!”

That BMW is pretty much how my neighbors know I am working from home. Anyway, I didn't want to go to my usual service spot - BMW Service in Burlingame so I took my car here, where my daughter gets her Lexus serviced. This neighborhood gem has really great service, honest pricing, and they wash your car! Bookmark this one if you live close by and want to support a great business. Five stars for perfection!”

“I've gone to Mario's shop twice now. One was pretty severe where the whole back bumper and quarter panel had to be replaced and the other time was some scratches and dents on the door. Both times my car was returned looking brand new without even noticing the damage. Not only that but they are very efficient and got my car in and out very quickly. “My 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen abruptly stopped running in the middle lane (of 101 southbound in Novato). I coasted to the right to get off the roadway but lost momentum while still in the far right lane. I had to use the starter motor, with transmission in first gear, to crank over the engine in order to get to the shoulder. AAA tow truck was dispatched and I looked up "Saab auto repair shop" on my phone and had the AAA driver take me there. Even though there were other cars there with appointments they took the time to quickly diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered. I had to wait a bit for the new parts to be delivered, but as soon as parts came in the techs replaced them and got me going. I really appreciate a business that is skilled, knowledgeable and flexible enough to help out someone that was in need of help. Also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much!!”

“This shop was a life saver.My car was leaking transmission fluid and I was so stressed about getting it fixed since I work in Santa rosa and money is tight. These men made me feel like I was a priority and went above and beyond to help me. No one likes to spend money on their car and I was so worried about how much it was going to cost but it was afforable and I genuinely felt like they weren't taking advantage of my situation. It was a good price and they did a wonderful job. These guys are hard working and I will be taking my car back for future fixes. It's hard to find a shop where you feel like you can trust who is working on your car and I feel like I found it with this shop. If you need work done please check them out!”

“OMG!! Chris and Brian are the BESTTTTT!! Brian is super knowledgable and generous with his materials and time and I'm convinced that he could fix a car blindfolded and/or just by smell (hands over the exhaust, smell for the sweetness!). Chris made so much time for me and despite his incredibly busy schedule, let me hang out in the garage, look over his shoulder, and ask him pesky little questions while he worked. As a 21 year-old woman, it's pretty typical for older mechanics to be dismissive or even rude to me, but Chris and Brian were super eager to show me stuff and were funny while they were at it (I got lots of good car fail stories now)! They even significantly reduced my bill as I'm a young person working two jobs and Chris specifically wouldn't HEAR of me paying more. Visiting Chris and Brian really lit up my whole week and gave me a fresh burst of optimism and energy to continue working on the car I love so much. They are the absolute best and I am so lucky to call them my mechanic + auto part source!
