“If your in the area and craving a sandwich, you will be happy if you choose to come to the Harvest Market Deli. It's right next door to the Kaiser. There is lot of parking. And the price is right! My husband didn't even complain. Our appetites were not big and we decided to share .....not next time! First, the women working at the deli are dedicated to customer service. They are friendly and helpful. They also, are efficient. We ordered a Turkey cranberry sandwich with one extra topping, pepperoccini. I spell it wrong but, it tasted great. The rye bread was aft and fresh mmmm. The Turkey is baked in house and sliced perfectly. And, it only costs $6.99 The woman at checkout was also smiling and friendly. I'm not certain but, I believe I interacted with one woman at the deli 7 years ago....last time we were in the area. She's from Louisiana, I think. Love the drawl:) yay”

“It's not often that I'm impressed. On my last visit, I asked if the branch had gotten Chinese calendars which in the past they gave out to Citibank customers. Jimmy Tran, the branch manager, suggested I put my name down on a list that a teller was starting. Just last week, I got a notice for a UPS package delivery. I was perplexed as to what it might be. It turns out Jimmy had sent me and 200 other customers (4 pages of names on his list) the Citi Chinese calendar as well as red envelopes ! Amazed, I happened to swing by the branch yesterday and thanked him for his expediency. With automated customer service centers and artificial intelligence processes, we lose what is the key to customer facing business. However, Jimmy has it down right. Because you don't develop a relationship with a machine. That personal touch will differentiate where I do business and where I don't. People matter.”

“I went to the bank today to cash a check and knowingly they were going to take 102$ off my account because I over drafted. Miranda, a teller I had before like 2 months ago, remembered me!! I love that. She is def one of my favorite tellers and she did everything she could and got me a reverse fee. So I only had to pay the 57$ I owed. You made me happy and for that reason I love Wells Fargo. Thanks Miranda you are awesome.”
