I am changing my review of this location due to the recent way the location handles customer service and ensures the customers have what they need to get in and out when renting cars with Hertz. Good job and keep up the good work.

Great car! Easy check in and return. No hidden anything. Hospitality --- impeccable!! I received birthday greetings when picking up and was remembered when dropping off the car 7 days later. NoHo gem!

Awesome experience. Steven Zuniga was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Will definitely rent from this location again.
