“I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a problem with the rental process one of the times I went in, but it was an Avis issue not theirs. Mike gave me some advice on how to handle it and it got resolved. Every other time went quickly and smoothly. I agree Mike is blunt and direct, not a lot of smiles and scripted banter. But I prefer that; I get the information I need and I'm done. I wish more customer service were like this.”

“They had a storage truck ready for me to use last minute. The staff was nice and quick when checking in and out. He taught us how to use the truck as we did w/ ease. They let us bring it back in the morning w/ no extra charge since they closed early that day. They also were fair enough to give our money back since we brought the truck filled w/ gas still. Our move went easy, thanks to our rental here.”
