Once the parts were in Arthur fixed my car that same day and I was so happy to see how great it looked. He goes above and beyond to leave your car perfect. He even cleaned my headlights. “Jonathan is the GOAT when it comes to car rentals. My LA trip was so smooth and all thanks to his help. The car we got was a Jeep that was everything we could have dream of to make this trip memorable. Pick-up and hand-off can be usually stressful but none of that here, Jonathan made it all a breeze. I will recommend with my eyes closed. Can’t wait to be back in LA to rent from Jonathan again for sure, no questions asked.”

“Honest and reliable! Forever grateful to Greg and his team! My car began overheating a leaking what I now know was coolant. I towed it to Galpin Ford where I normally service my car and after waiting for hours they told me they would charge me $250 just to diagnose my car. I found it outrageous especially because 2 months prior I had spend close to $800 with them servicing my car and one of the things they "serviced" was my cooling system. Furthermore, aside from regular maintenance I had never had any issues with my vehicle. I ended up having to tow my car back home and wait for the weekend to pass because the mechanic I had originally intende to take me car to only worked Monday through Friday. Finally, Monday rolled around and after an exhausting and frustrating day of waiting (4 hours) for a tow truck to pick me up, (yeah AAA sucks!) the tow truck man who happened to pick my car up from the dealership the week prior remembered me and referred me to Greg from Concept Collision Center! It was a bit scary because I had never heard of this place, they are a collision center, and they don't have many reviews (3 at the time I'm writing this) but I decided to trust the tow truck guys referral. Before even getting to the collision center I was able to speak to Greg on the phone who assured me he would check and diagnose my car at no cost, something the dealership wanted to charge me $250 for. I got into Concept Collision and Greg greeted me with a friendly smile. From the beginning he explained everything he would do and everything I could expect. He explained that he would diagnose and quote and if I decided to do the work with them there was sometimes an up charge because sometimes they get into your car and discover things they cannot see just from opening the hood. He also assured me he would never do any work before getting the okay from me. He plugged my car into his diagnosis machine (as you can tell I'm not very versed in mechanic terms) and I waited in the lobby to see what he would tell me. No more than 30 minutes in he asked me to come outside. He said my car was ready and I could drive off with whenever I was ready! What!? That fast! I couldn't believe it! Greg told me all that was wrong with my car was that a pin fell off the radiator which made the coolant leak out and caused my car to overheat. He put the pin back into place and filled my car with coolant and did not charge me a penny! That's right, he charge me a whopping $0 when the ridiculous dealership wanted to charge me $250 just to diagnose! What worse it that the dealership probably messed whatever pin came loose because they where the ones who worked on that part of my car only 2 months prior. Needless to say that I am forever grateful for Greg and his honesty and will absolutely continue bringing my car to him and recommending family and friend to his shop! Thank you Greg and staff!”
