Incredible customer service. The carnwas beyond great and the assistance provided by Jeffrey, the branch manager, really made a difference, in both pickup and drop-off. Whenever I book a rental again with Hertz, I hope to see Jeffrey.

I have had so many bad hertz experiences. This was the best one ever thanks to India. She was sooo nice and helpful. I have never worked with someone at Hertz that was so kind. She also provided my boyfriend and I with fun LA suggestions. Thank you so much India

Brian and Jeff are simply downright pleasant and helpful. I have been traveling a lot in the last year and very good vibes and competent (well more than competent but you know what I mean lol) here. You are not at the airport!! Props guys!! Hertz - please compensate them !!
