“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

“Roxana and her husband were super helpful and their customer service was over the top. My goddaughter wanted a Stitch as her doll/bear and they went above and beyond to give her what she asked for. The dress Stitch was wearing was almost identical as her dress. I couldn't be happier with their service. Will definitely be going back!”

“Little Paris has always been my one stop shop for all events for the males in my family. From Christmas to Father's Day, birthdays and more I am always able to walk in get everything I need for all the men in my life. Last minute occasions, they always help me find the perfect outfit for my boys and my husband. My husbands is 2x/3x and I am able to find nice shirts and outfits for him when needed. Customer service is amazing and the employees go above and beyond when you need help. The store is a family owned business and anyone that walks is in treated like family. “This relaxingly hilarious Retail experience turned out to be Super Cool Finds I purchased from shopping here at 'Serendipity Gift Shop,' Studio City, Los Angeles, CA., as referral from 'Muse House Retreat.' I got a box of scented dissolvable soap that were just what I loved, the Grapefruit scents that said, 'Wake the F***' up and 'Manifest That Sh*t,' matches. This store sold lots of funny sounding items here from the couple I just suggested. If you are looking for some humor in life, this is the store to shop. It was such a hilarious shopping experience here: whenever I witnessed another set of 'Shower Streamers,' I couldn't help but cracking up on what the scent and the words had to offer.' I've taken more pics down below to further support this local biz in Studio City, LA., CA. Any ways, I'll be back again next time I'll be in Studio City, Los Angeles, CA to stock up on more humor.”

“My mom needed to exchange about 9 t-shirts she had purchased in another old navy location . We got to this Burbank mall old navy located in the food court level about 5 minuets before closing. We saw a gentleman named Armen near the front entrance and asked if he can tell us where the T -shirts were . Not only did he greet us , but with a very pleasant attitude , walked us over to the table where all the shirts were very neatly placed . He then pulled out the size we needed in each color . He asked if we needed help with anything else . Then he showed us where the registers were so we can proceed with the exchange , where Paulina helped us out. Armen was very pleasant and extremely helpful . It's not typical to find such helpful sales associates these days anymore . Also , the store looked neat , clean and well organized .”

“I have been shopping ? here a little over a year, I discovered the store on my way to shoe palace, abs walking past noticed it, went in and that’s when I meet Suzy, who aside from being one of the nicest women I’ve ever meet, is above & beyond really good at what age does. She always helps me pick out outfits that the kids love & obsess over. But what I love the most about Suzy Is she doesn’t just throw some cloths together and “do her job” she does it with a passion, truly loves doing it. She gets me excited, with her excitement. I go in with the intentions of buying “an outfit” and walk out with multiple, or one pair of pants & 5+ tops lol. I always stop by to see what’s new, and Suzy always has a smile, excitement & enjoys her job. I’m in management, I wish I could have 10 employees like her, it’s rare to find people who live their job, but every visit I make she’s so excited to show me the new collections, but the best part is she remembers what she likes, what her favorite styles are, & what her Dad said no to lol. I don’t know his age remembers us, but she always does, and I always leave with multiple outfits & always result in a VERY HAPPY 7 year old. If you have kids (up to size 14 I believe) stop by, ask for Suzy & let her dress your kids, they’ll be styling, happy, and the best part is they’ll be the only kids wearing anything like it (unless they shop here). We get so many compliments on the uniqueness of their outfits, how well dressed they are, and of course where they get their cloths. Of course they know to always say where & to ask for Suzy. Even the other kids in school ask.”

“Awesome retail apparel boutique on Ventura Blvd. I even met the owner while I was there and chopped it up about how he got into the business and being originally out of Philly. We watched a little of the Golden State and Brooklyn game while shopping around. Location has a lot of designs by artist not just from LA, but from all over the country. Come check out the photos of all the celebrities that have stopped by. Many kicks, t-shirts, sweat shirts and pants, bucket hats, bennies, glasses and chains. Found a few things that I needed to take home!”

“I had a great experience at Mum & Mini. I was looking for some specific items for a new baby. They had the cutest items in the store and a lovely selection. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She said she was waiting for some additional items and colors to come in and offered to call me when they did. That's the type of customer service that makes you feel like you really matter. It's in the new NoHo Commons, so there's plenty of parking and convenient to the 170 freeway. I'm excited to shop there again!”
