He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “The wife and I were debating between a couple of different strollers at this shop. The sales associates were very informative and not pushy. They were excited to show us the different features and answered all our questions. When we aired some concerns regarding which would be best for us, they helped us weigh the pros and cons and we went with the one we felt was best for our situation. It's a small shop but there's a lot inside to explore and the owners were very informative.”

“What keeps me coming back here even though it's a bit out of the way is the store is so chill. Lots of space to walk around and browse, TONS of new comics (including variants) on the wall, back issues, graphic novels... and if that's not enough, there are cats to say hello to! (Pugsley is especially friendly) Props also go to the young woman who is usually working there when I go in - she's always full of recommendations and is all around just very nice. I'm sorry I can't remember her name or I'd call her out! If I were to offer any feedback at all? I know there are some discounted comics and books but they're sometimes hard to find in a centralized area - but that might be my fault for not looking well enough. Other than that... A+ love it.”

“They have a lot of stuff, and if you don't know what you need, (as in you if something breaks and you don't know what it is) then they will help. They are also very nice. They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. I will always love this place, one major reason is that they also sell a lot of Tim Burton collectibles, and I'm a huge Burton fan. I bought a set of his small figurines while there.”

“We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”

“Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”

I've been to one other official Lego store and the stores in two different Legoland and never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The store pick a bric is better stocked then the Legoland in Carlsbad. The store looks pretty well stocked. This is definitely my favorite Lego store.”

“I took my Cartier Roadster into Revoke based on reviews from google. The watch had never been serviced since I acquired it ten years ago. I wore it nearly every day and the case + bracelet showed its used. My roadster finally fell behind in timing so I took it in for its first overhaul and polish. The watch was beat up cosmetically after a decade of use so my expectations were curbed because I have seen awful polishing jobs on other watches (not from Revoke). Via email, Revoke assured me that his work will bring it back to new so I allowed him to polish the case and bracelet. When I went back to the lab to pick up the watch from its service, I was absolutely stunned to see the watch look brand new. The man is an artist. His work is impeccable. The watch looks so new that I'm reluctant to wear it again. He is the only person I will trust my watches with.”

“Such a fun place! I didn't expect it to be so interactive but there are so many areas for photos with cool giant Funko pops inside. They have a section to make one that looks like yourself too! It's $30 which is a bit more than I'd personally pay but it was so worth it and a lot of fun. I highly recommend checking out this store.”
