“This place is AMAZING!! The owner is kind, beyond generous and ridiculously helpful. The prices are fair and plentiful. There's so many great finds in this little gem of a store. Don't bother with the other second hand stores, this is a one stop shop.”

“My mom needed to exchange about 9 t-shirts she had purchased in another old navy location . We got to this Burbank mall old navy located in the food court level about 5 minuets before closing. We saw a gentleman named Armen near the front entrance and asked if he can tell us where the T -shirts were . Not only did he greet us , but with a very pleasant attitude , walked us over to the table where all the shirts were very neatly placed . He then pulled out the size we needed in each color . He asked if we needed help with anything else . Then he showed us where the registers were so we can proceed with the exchange , where Paulina helped us out. Armen was very pleasant and extremely helpful . It's not typical to find such helpful sales associates these days anymore . Also , the store looked neat , clean and well organized .”

“If you are looking to get your ears pierced this is the place to go! I wanted to get my cartilage (top of ears) repeirced and had looked all over the mall for the Piercing Pagoda. It was nowhere to be found. Turns out that they closed down! Reluctantly I decided to head to Claire's to see about getting them pierced there. There was an employee, Diana, there who had lots of piercings in her ears. She got me set up for my piercings and I was so relieved to see she had so many. She was very professional and friendly. She even let me have a sticker since I wanted one when I was done. I know the stickers were for the kids but I was feeling silly and she was fun to offer it to me since I was interested. She also gave me a tip for cleaning my ears by getting a spray bottle to spray the cleaner on them. It has been working great! After just a few weeks the soreness is almost gone.So if you are looking to get an ear piercing make sure to see Diana! :)”

“Once in a while I stop by to see what I can find on sale. The original prices here are very high but I always buy stuff that is 40% off (or more sometimes)They have cute clothes for kids, I used to shop here for my son a lot when he was younger. Now a teen, he doesn't fit into kids clothes anymore. Overall a great place to shop, specially the clearance section.”

“My wife and I stopped by this store because she wanted to look at clothes for baby. They are fully stocked here because we saw alot of merchandise here. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing around. We both been to Burbank mall many times but never walked into this store so it was nice to see something different. They had some good deals and some nice clothing for infants, baby and kids.”

“My daughter and I were shopping at burbank H &M and the guy with lot of tattoos named Brendon was helping us,he was amazing ,soft spoken,meak ,and what really made me write this review was his ability to help and his patience ,he called few stores and found the pink Lenin pants that I was looking for,he deserves a pat on his shoulder from his managers and another tattoo saying.JESUS LOVES HIM”
