We got online searching for furniture stores, and of course Casa Bonita furniture appeared along with a few others, with list in hand, it was late we were getting tired and we were driving we were heading home we saw Casa Bonita furniture we decided to go in, to amazement there was a lot of nice looking furniture quality made the young sales lady appeared Asked if we needed any help told her we were looking for a dining table told her we only have a small space she mentioned she had a small table over there. We looked at it. It was perfect. The wood was nice. It was nicely made sturdy so while she was riding up the purchase of the dining table and chairs, we looked at couches and saw this kinda grayish blue couch with the loveseat I sat down on it, and I couldn’t get off of it. It was so comfortable we wound up buying the couch and loveseat combination, very happy with are purchase. I would recommend Casa Bonita furniture to our friends or anyone very happy with the service. The delivery drivers were prompt polite. I can tell you this, from one to 10, would give Casa Bonita 100.
If we need anything else, we will definitely go back there and purchase.

“Purchased a media cabinet in black with pull out drawers. Compared to most cabinets it is much better built as you would expect for the price. Customer service was truly excellent. I would purchase from Decibel again.Now for details. First I was surprised that it showed up in an ikea like box demanding ikea type build. At the price point I expected the case to be one unit. Perhaps I didn’t read the description closely enough. The build was pretty straight forward and the end result is very good indeed. I had to buy some matching stain as a few places were not stained as well as I liked but I’m fussy. Getting the glass doors to align was a chore for sure. I ordered two sliding shelves (glad I did) but was surprised it shipped with three standard shelves as well. In this short cabinet they are useless. The only real gripe I have is the skirt at the bottom surrounding the casters are “taped” on and you cannot do it without a gap at the corners. Took off the tape at the corners and put in a couple wood screws. All is well”

“I was needing a sofa sleeper, I came in here was greeted by Leo, I told him I needed a sofa with a firm mattress, he pulled one out and showed me how these pull outs look and feel but said most pull out mattresses are not firm and you can feel that metal bar, but he showed me another sofa in his other room next door. I was impressed with it but this was my first store I visited. After a couple of other stores I was impressed with Furniture Depot's sofa, only thing I didn't know was how it felt sitting down. After a couple of minutes I bought it. It was delivered in 2 days, his son and helper were pretty cool to talk with while figuring a way to squeeze it into my bedroom. They found an issue with rolling out the hideaway, so he called Leo out to investigate, he found that the screw the installers placed was too big and they replaced the screw. It was interesting on how this sofa was made and simple to take apart and put together, but it will take 2 people to move this sofa. Will certainly do business again with this business.”

“My husband and I decided to redo our front living room and had a very long wall space that would be ideal for a long sectional. Unfortunately our area doesn't have many furniture stores and typically people order couches online now. We visited a local furniture store and found that our taste and comfort was very specific and couldn't imagine ordering something online that we had never sat on. I remembered Donna's from all the advertising they had done on TV and decided we should give them a try. I'm SO glad we did because it's literally a one stop shop for us! We got to sit on tons of couches and look at lots of different styles. My husband and I really like the modern minimalist look and found a couch that was like sitting on a cloud and the best part was we were able to customize it! We already have 2 accent chairs so we were trying to coordinate with those dark blue chairs. Lori made it so fun by helping us decide on fabric for the couch and for the pillows! She really knows what she is doing! We especially love that we were able to get a couch big enough to fit in the space with the perfect fabric and pillows! We LOVE it, thank you!!
After the couch was delivered we were sitting in the dark blue chairs across the room and noticed an inch long cut in the fabric on the middle section of the couch. I called Donna's and Scott came out and was able to fix it no problem and it looks better than new ?! Many thanks to the whole Donna's Interiors team, they are so kind and extremely knowledgeable! If you are looking for a new piece of furniture I highly recommend them!”

“The store is clean and well managed except for they don't rotate stock consistently. I always check expiration dates and sometimes they lose a sale. The staff is always friendly even when customers are a bit abusive. They can't help how many checkstands are open. Why take it out on them?”

Today, we went back to buy 2 living room chairs and worked with Mae. What a pleasant salesperson to work with. She let us take our time to look at everything and answered all the questions we had. We ended up purchasing 2 beautiful chairs that will be delivered in 2 days. My only complaint would be the cost to deliver the chairs from AG to Paso. $119! That seems really steep to us. We still like the quality of furniture they have and as mentioned, Mae was a pleasure to work with.”
