“I was needing a sofa sleeper, I came in here was greeted by Leo, I told him I needed a sofa with a firm mattress, he pulled one out and showed me how these pull outs look and feel but said most pull out mattresses are not firm and you can feel that metal bar, but he showed me another sofa in his other room next door. I was impressed with it but this was my first store I visited. After a couple of other stores I was impressed with Furniture Depot's sofa, only thing I didn't know was how it felt sitting down. After a couple of minutes I bought it. It was delivered in 2 days, his son and helper were pretty cool to talk with while figuring a way to squeeze it into my bedroom. They found an issue with rolling out the hideaway, so he called Leo out to investigate, he found that the screw the installers placed was too big and they replaced the screw. It was interesting on how this sofa was made and simple to take apart and put together, but it will take 2 people to move this sofa. Will certainly do business again with this business.”

“We had an ongoing problem with a laundry washer we purchased in August of 2022. We had the repair person come out on 3 occasions. he replaced all the parts on it but, it still would not work correctly. We contacted Whirlpool and Idlers (Santa Maria) directly. I was routed to "Lucy", I explained the issue and she assured me she would help by reaching out to the manufacturer. She insisted her and I were on the same page and, 3 visits by the repair person in under a years time is far to many, this was a new unit and it was a lemon. Lucy asked me to give her a few days to work the issue and what we were after was a store credit so I can purchase a new unit. Within a weeks time, Lucy called me. She stated i will be getting a store credit and I can come down as early as that upcoming weekend to purchase another washer. I went down to Idlers that following Saturday and was in and out with a new Speed Queen. it arrived that following Tuesday, I couldn't be happier, Thank you again, Lucy, for making it happen! We will be back, very pleased with the effort Lucy put in to get us the credit but also the short time it took to get us the new washer.”

Our sales person, Rob Scott was very helpful, the price was comparable to the box stores and the communication regarding delivery was great. We received a text about 30 minutes prior to that actual delivery and could track the delivery truck. No 'hard sell' tactics, which we appreciate. He was able to answer our questions & gave us some info on this newest chain store to the CA market (chain has been around approx 10 years in Texas & points East). He effectively managed his time between us & another couple mattress shopping. We left satisfied & the owners of a new mattress.”
