My granddaughter spilled orange juice all my beautiful white couch, and I hadn't realized it for hours. I called to ask how to clean it. Nadia reassured me that I could take the entire encasement off, spray it with Folex and wash it. It turned out gorgeous!! I just went ahead and did all of the cushions and now my couch looks even more amazing. Great quality, excellent service.”
