Their store is always impeccable, and it is also inviting with warm Customer Service from the moment you walk in the front door. Two weeks ago I came in and was given such personal attention by Lilly to help me buy several outfits. When I was checking out, Ryan looked through each piece and gave me reassurance of what I was buying with his excellent taste in clothing as well as Lilly’s. The manager Monica runs an incredible store, making sure everything is perfect from Customer Service a great shopping experience. I have been coming in for the last eight years and will continue to shop At The Gap in Crystal Cove.”

“This place is so amazing! If you've seen the hit show Suits, you know what I'm talking about. Season 1 Episode 1. This place is the epitome of tailored custom services. Staff is awesome and very personal, they really talk to you and make you feel that this is your moment, whether it's for casual events, business meetings, or your special wedding day. They know their suits, material choice, design style, and your drink of choice. Mine is an old-fashioned. I ordered my wedding tux in December 2023, and let's just say, my fiancé and I had an amazing experience choosing my James Bond tux (like Spectre, but more ivory with a shawl collar). Jason is a phenomenal person and is very engaged with his clients. I recommend him 100%. I just did my fitting 2 weeks ago, and get my tux next week. They guarantee in time delivery always, my wedding is next week! Everyone must go to this store. You'll love it, I guarantee it.”

“First things first Jacob is the man and always takes AMAZING CARE of me i swear I’ve never felt so at home at any store, state and liberty will be where I get my suits and dress attire from now on I'm pretty built and tall so everything here actually fits me which isn’t common for me I usually have to get things custom made but not here a lot of it fits amazing off the rack. Jacob has gone above and beyond to help me design a great outfit for my elopement party! I’ll be back for my groomsmen and my wedding suit.”
“I've experienced excellent customer service with the help of Rajan. I brought in a pants to get it altered so that it would fit me better. Surprisingly they were able to get the job done in 48 hours! The day I came to pick up my pants, Rajan encouraged me to try on the pants to see if that is what I wanted and he was able to get to my exact measurements without charging extra for my miscalculation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who happens to be looking for either a suit or even just alterations!”
“This place a total gem for men’s clothing. I make sure to come here and check out the new stock every time I’m in Laguna. The lady who works there really gets it with men’s fashion. She has curated the best current designers under one roof. I always look forward to visiting here which is probably once a year. It’s easy to find cool stuff at Nordstroms or Neimans for $1k per item after spending a hour looking thru junk but every time I come here, I find amazingly wearable stuff on every rack for very reasonable pricing. Today, she guided me to a very differrnt-looking suede overshirt that was 1/3 the price of All Saints and better looking and a white structured shirt that is wearable year round. If I lived in Laguna, I’d be shopping here every weekend! We used to have stylish men’s store like this in malls around where I live but gradually they’ve all shut down and we are left with Nordstrom and Neimans. I wish more men supported small businesses like this. They are better in every way and you don’t have to spend all day going thru weird junk to find something nice.”

“Tamara and the team at 662Boardshop set the gold standard in customer service, they are extremely friendly and very customer oriented. Orders are shipped quickly after being placed and arrive soon and carefully packaged. They have sales frequently and discount codes are available online for maximum savings at checkout on a wide variety of bodyboarding products, they always throw in little extras with every order like stickers and key chains which is totally cool of them. Orders are accurate and are double checked and signed off by a team member, if something isn't right simply write them an email or call and they will always make it right. I highly recommend this board shop as they are shop for body boarders and keep the memory of its founder Eddie Solomon alive, as they say legends never die! Check them out you'll be glad you did. Can't wait to rip this Andre Botha signature!”

“The Bellaz team is amazing! They tailored my wedding dress in less than three weeks for a very reasonable price, including bringing in the waist and bust, adding straps, and adding a bustle. The work looks professional and the dress fits just how I wanted it. If you're looking to be coddled or pampered, you might find their service gruff or off-putting. However, I thought it was refreshing that they were very honest about which of my requests were reasonable and which were not achievable, providing professional opinions and not just saying yes to everything. I'll definitely return if I have any other tailoring needs! The only other thing I'll add is that they don't always call back or pick up. If that's going to stress you out, it might be best to look elsewhere. But if you're able to be flexible, willing to communicate in other ways, or fine with driving to them and potentially having to return another day, their work is solid and trustworthy. THANK YOU for taking care of my dress!”
