“We came in today to add a line to our account. We normally go to the MT Vernon Metro store but today we decided to come to Crazy Frog. They treated us SUPER!!! Not only were all the employees very friendly, but they were also able to offer us 3 lines for $90, something that the other store said they couldn't offer us.”

But do you research if you have a certain question about a plan or phone promotion call and listen to what they tell you and when you walk into the store listen to the associate tells you two different things so pick and use and look at your statement bill. And nothing is free always a fee”

“Henri is extremely helpful he helped me upgrade my phone and showed me how to transfer my data for my sons phone. He seems like the only one to like his job and care for his customers everyone else looked at me like a cash cow and switched up when I had a simple question about data transfer Henri however upsold me on upgrading my phone and I love it …my old phone still had buttons LOL! Will definitely come back only for Henri tho I also like the spelling in his name I spent a semester abroad in Paris and they pronounced “henri” as “on ree” The french sure are a cooky people”
