I ended up getting the T-Mobile WiFi, which has been amazing - faster internet than Spectrum, no outages, & at a better price.”

Yasmin provided the best and most respectful customer service to me twice. I'm grateful to be able to say a good thing about a provider's employee, as it's so easy for them to be irritable in dealing with customers' needs each day. I came back to the store today and had the same experience with Yasmin-- hope she gets a promotion, because she definitely is part of why I'd choose to stay with Metro PCS after the frustration of going to two Metro stores in two other cities today which were both closed. Not the very best strategic placement from a consumer's stand point especially if young kids are involved!!But I love it lol. I love the deals on stuff that I don't need !The store merchandised their displays neatly and aisles are wide enough and browsing was enjoyable.”
