“Picked up a great little collectable from Silicon Valley Enthusiast. A 2002 Mercedes SLK32 AMG - a little very fast hard top convertible for my weekend drives around Palm Springs Resorts Area. Able to buy it over the internet and had it shipped down to Palm Springs. These guys had the car on a truck ready to ship in less than 24 hours after purchase so really great service, I was impressed! I have to give them 5-Stars, very easy transaction.”

“I purchased a somewhat rare car from Dino and he made it incredibly easy. This particular spec (BMW 535i with a 6-speed) is very hard to find, even nationwide. Dino had a very clean one at a good price. The only problem is that I live several hours away. I called Dino to chat about the car, and could immediately tell he was an automotive enthusiast. We chatted about cars in general and then this specific one, and I just really enjoyed our conversation. Dino is very friendly and I felt comfortable asking all my questions. Because I could not physically see the car beforehand, he sent me a video of it running and the Carfax (which was very clean). We agreed on a price and he helped arrange shipping to me. Dino gave me updates on exactly when the car was picked up and when it was to be delivered. The car arrived in pristine condition, exactly as he had described. I still took the car to a local shop to have it looked at (as I do with all of my vehicles), and they noted how clean the car was. There is a small oil leak/seepage from one of the gaskets, but Dino worked with me to get this resolved. Overall I am incredibly happy and appreciative that Dino was so responsive throughout the whole process. It can be difficult to buy a car remotely, but I would absolutely do it again here. I told him to keep an eye out for our family's next car, and would happily buy from him again.”

“I wanted a very specific Mercedes SUV and they had the one I needed. And it was in a great condition, with low miles, for a very reasonable price! I called Nick twice to ask questions before driving out to test drive it, and he was very responsive and informative. I had to bring my two young children with me, and he went the extra mile to make sure they had cartoons and snacks while we waited for all the paperwork to be completed. “I can't speak more highly of Lexus Fremont. I had been trying to get a new car at Lexus Stevens Creek (which is closer to my home) for three years (no joke) and even with a deposit down, they couldn't get me a car and kept referencing their long waiting list. It was insane. The head of sales there ended up personally calling me to apologize after I pulled my deposit after no car in 3 years. BUT THEN I CONTACTED LEXUS FREMONT - and within weeks (literally only weeks!) they allocated me the exact car I wanted. I came in, put down my deposit for the car, and within 2 months I received my new car! I worked with David M. during this process and he couldn't have been more reliable, helpful, patient and kept me updated on the status of my car every week. And when my car was ready to be picked up, David made the process so memorable!! I can't thank you enough David!!!! Also, a huge thank you to Andy (the General Sales Manager) for getting the car I wanted ordered right away and Danny (Finance) for making the transaction process so seamless. “Had an emergency. The mechanic working on my Mercedes E550 ran into an unexpected problem that required machining on the engine block, but unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do that type of work. Found Bosch on Yelp and called to see if they did that type of work and could then finish the original job. Talked to Matt and explained the situation. He asked if I could send him a photo for his mechanic to look over before giving me a quote. I took the pics and sent them via text. He called me back a short while later with a quote and I explained I really needed the car and how long would it be until he could take it in. He agreed to take it right away. I called AAA and had it towed to him. This was Tuesday afternoon and I wasn't expecting the work to be completed until at least Thursday. He called me again late Tuesday and explained that there really was one other part involved that his mechanic recommended replacing. He fully explained the reasons, which made total sense, so I approved it. He said they hoped to have it done by late Wednesday, ahead of my expectations. Sure enough, he texted me Wednesday at about 5, saying it was ready. I got up there immediately. Not only was he nice, friendly and professional, both he and his mechanic took great care with my car and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My 'baby' is now purring like new again. Their work was excellent. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend!”

“I was looking for a car after turning in my car back into ford because of the lemon law and needed a car asap. I found a 2007 Lexus GS 450h on carfax.com. the car was clean and had 80k original miles. Me and my wife called Luiz who was one of the owners and said he would meet us there to see the car. We test drove the car and when we were done we told him we would go and take 1 last look before making the purchase final. Long story short, I didn't find anything remotely close to the lexus in mileage or price. I told him of the situation with the sensor and he took off the price for getting it repaired. I'm very happy with my purchase from Pride Motors and would do business with them again!”

“During a routine maintenance service appointment at Fremont CDJR on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, some serious problems were discovered during the initial maintenance inspection pertaining to a significant oil leak. No one wants to hear such news from a repair shop or dealership when your car is up on the rack. Melinda Williams was my Service Advisor and she walked me clearly through everything that was wrong and needed repair, including taking me out to the maintenance bay where the mechanic showed me the damage. She indicated that the previous service I had done at another dealership was not adequate & they may have overlooked and/or caused the current problems. She stated that she does not let a car back on the road until the service is complete & the car is tested & road-worthy. She even delivered me the damaged parts that required replacing. She also said she had my back in bringing up the issue with the previous dealership. I spent nearly $7,000 on unexpected but necessary repairs above & beyond the $2000 scheduled maintenance service! OUCH! Despite the financial gut-punch, I felt Melissa was direct & honest with me and provided exceptional service amidst a miserable repair situation. She refunded costs to my credit card due to a "check engine light" issue and she covered the cost of the rental car I needed for several days. I believe she managed this situation with a great deal of integrity & customer support. I still have some reckoning to do with the previous dealership and Jeep Inc. because I don't believe my Jeep should be plagued with problems of this magnitude, especially since I have been diligent with scheduled maintenance & I take care of my car. We shall see. In any case, I would highly recommend working with Melinda Williams. She is a pro, is gracious, and genuinely cares about the customer.”

“I’m posting this on behalf of my husband because his phone just broke. This is what he said: we just purchased a car from KS and it is the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Johnson is professional and helping. Knowing that we just moved here and needed to get our vehicle asap, he helped us find insurance providers which offer faster background check; he also helped us prepare and print all kinds of documents and drove us to DMV (twice!) so we can renew the license and save insurance fee.
