I locked myself out of my own car while getting gas just across the street from this business. The Gentleman helped me get access into my vehicle. Within ten minutes I was on my way to work again. He did not have to help me, but he did. It was human kindness at its finest. When I have the chance I will be back to support this local small owned business. My 90's Honda could use a lil' love. “Came in on a Saturday afternoon. I was pushing a bucket since my van had been out of commission for months. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or just see what I could afford.. at that time.I was greeted by Marcio who help me initially find a 2021 chevy malibu. The process was long but I was happy to be approved for a nice car.Clint helped me with all the paperwork and was really personable and efficient.I didn't end up with the malibu; purchased a mid size suv about 2 weeks later from them and I love it.There was a Crack on the wundshield that enterprise (Marcio) had replaced for me.. for free.The second key fob was missing the internal key and they (Clint and Marcio) are replacing that as well. They have definitely gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it.I enjoyed working with them.I would recommend that particular enterprise all day every day. Redwood City, ca”

“I've only had great times at this service center. My tech Harry is nice and always explains things to me in depth, and dumbs it down when I don't understand. I always pick up and drop my car without any issues and if there's even a small wait everyone is super apologetic- their online scheduling portal is also pretty simple. They provide complementary pick up and drop off Lyft services if you're within a certain radius which is super helpful. You can drop your car off before work and pick it up after. Your car will come back washed and in better shape than when you leave, based on my experiences ! I used to go to Steven's creek Subaru and they're good too if you're in south bay.”
