“I scheduled a pre-op appointment (for a surgery outside of KP) because I have KP Insurance and their physicians are not supposed to do pre-op exams for surgeries outside of KP. I'm also a KP employee and I'm a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. It was a bit odd that the Physician Assistant (PA) was via video but I know from my experience that many times patients can be assessed via a phone appointment of a video appointment. Everyone at the office was very nice and my nurse (LVN) did a great job. The PA asked appropriate questions and also was very nice and professional. I would go back for a similar exam or if I had a straight forward medical problem.”

“Easy parking and access to the store. Great place to buy greeting cards. Employees are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is busy most of the time. But they seem to have a good amount of people working in that area. I've noticed that they have large containers that say disposal for sharps. A lot of people use self checkout.”
