“I am very Happy with Janet, MIchelle Pharmacist, they both always make sure that I understand the medication and the side effects they have save my life I had a medication that my primary care prescribed and the caught it and advisewd me that this medication could not be taken with other medication that I take Daily. Thank you so much for saving me and advised of this if not I could of had an over dose due to the reaction of both medication. “Im not sure what all the negativity is because I have never had a bad experience! Ive gone to Gilroy CVS pharmacy for about 20 years or so and before that they were Longs drugs i think so actually about 40 years. They auto refill and send me reminders to pick up. I can easily use the drive thru if im just not feelin up to goin in. Every now and then the drive thru is closed but its not a big deal. The convenience of it is huge. My prescriptions are ready on time and they send a text for that too if i want to avoid driving there and waiting. Most pharmacies are a bit understaffed ive noticed and despite that the employees dont rush me if i have questions. They make calls to my physician if theres a problem and then call me when its straightened out. They do a good job and are friendly despite all the rude people they deal with all day. I recently watched a lady yell at an employee because her insurance wouldnt pay (not the employees fault!) and she was calm and friendly and offered to see if they would pay for the generic version. I mean seriously, theyre doing their best!”

“Today I had the best experience in Walgreens .it was frist time I met Andrea very pleasant lady I didn't have any idea how to work with the foto machine printer or computer skills and it my daughter wedding on Sunday had a lot to print Last minute thing happen all the time in weddings so she toke over an hour to do it for me she noticed I was nervous with all my stuff I really appreciate this lady so much keep it up Andrea we need more employees like Andrea God bless her she made my day so much easier.overall I always loved this Walgreens !.”
“It's always amazing to me that this store runs like a well oiled machine. You're almost always certain to find exactly what you want/like, however if it's an item you love-buy several as it may not be there next time. Their produce is the best around and their fresh bread is a must. I love that they have a wide variety of organic produce as well as wild caught fish. Their return policy is second to none, unless you abuse this return policy-it's no questions asked. And the big bonus their newly added chocolate chip cookies So worth the trip.”

“nice folks very helpful david kieu the pharmacist manager stays past closing to fill an order and that is unusual plus they came a discount card that appears to work one item was half the cvc pprice and they refunded it is i did not need it but was in prescription filled that day 45 minutes pprior to them filling it.They are in st lois medical center business park right off us 101.”
