“Customer service is excellent. They sell medical equipment. I come here for my medications. Unfortunately I cannot stand for long periods of time. And I have to squat down during my wait or stand in line with extremely painful feeling in my back. I would love if they had chairs for customers to sit on during their wait. Perhaps have a ticket system. Delivery service is available, if you are home to answer the door. Still a great option if your unable to pickup medications.”

“Hello, I had abdominal pain that wasn't going away. First I was seen at the urgent care at Kaiser Scott's Valley. The doctor there, was spot on with his diagnosis, and encouraged us to go to the ER at Watsonville Community, a simply stated, "if you were my brother, I would send you there" At Watsonville Community, while I was at triage, the on call Doctor, Luke, came out to visit, mentioned that he had a call with the Kaiser Doctor. I was brought back within 20 minutes. The first nurse, did my blood work, and 10 minutes later, I was off to get an ultrasound. Back in a room we waited about 40 minutes for the results as expected (gallbladder stones), all the while being attended to and checked in on by Dr Luke and a Nurse named Tim. I have to say that at all times I was treated with kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism. They took the time to listen, they didn't talk down to me, and re-assured me to a point where I really felt cared for. My wife and I were both very impressed with the care, Having been to an ER way to many times, This was a Great example of REAL "Human Kindness" Five Stars from Me !!!!”

“You know, this isn't the worst place that I have ever been. There might be homeless people in the parking lot, but as long as you keep to yourself and walk quickly in and out of the store you should be fine. My family came here like at 8 pm one night at got flu shots and we all survived. Walking in groups is never a bad thing! What are you dong down here late at night anyways? Go home. The community should be happy that this store is still open.”

“Other than the one time frustrating experience, the pharmacy always gets my medications correct and I opted in to get text messages which enables me to get a link to get my prescriptions delivered. I prepay online when my insurance doesn't cover it all. Yes, the pharmacy lines are long and i try to prepare a lot of time when I do go into the store or make sure i have no plans after. However I think all the bad reviews regarding long lines should not be directed at CVS; the U.S. healthcare system is so inefficient, and those are the issues we should be talking about. I am grateful that CVS provides the medications I need when I need them, and i'm sorry that others have not been able to get the prescriptions when they did.”
