“On my way to car week and I had a blow out and destroyed my run flat - stuck on Highway 1 I called Monterey tire who referred me to Guy. I called him and he invited me to come right over - within an hour AAA had me in Guys hands.This is what service is all about - a friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He checked out the car while getting me a new set of tires - and had me ready for the Concourso by the next day. BTW not only did he take care of my tires he buffed out a rub mark on the fender I got from the tow. I only wish he was closer to where I live so he could be my regular car Guy.Me and my 599 say - Thank you - thank you.”

“Fantastic experience! I brought my Toyota Tundra in after a neighbor rear ended the side while parked on the street - and while it still remained driveable, it was ugly and considerable damage. I went in towards the end of business day and Geno was quick to see what I needed, he had an estimate sent to me even earlier than promised. Dennis is the man!! Total white glove service from the start, expectations were set given their workload when I brought it in and communication was excellent throughout as he navigated the insurance side of the process. Carla’s office management and efficiency is hard to beat. With no pressure we discussed enhancements to other parts of the vehicle that would prolong the life of truck for years to come. Todd being the professional that he is, offered to follow up in the following days to make sure all was well and that I was pleased with the outcome.
