“We’ve had a nightmare situation with a truck (thanks to another dealership, not Westrux) and Beto, the service manager, at this location has gone so far above and beyond to make sure everyone involved does their best to resolve it quickly and fairly. He drove to San Diego to assist in communication with the other location, made himself available personally on his cell to communicate with me and has spent countless hours ensuring that a former customer would be a future customer. I cannot thank and recommend this location enough after this experience.The rest of the service staff has been knowledgeable and helpful at this location in the past too.”
“You make an appt for service & reserve parts then the parts are not here. They say they cant pick up truck & then they pick up truck. They say you cant drop trailer & then you can drop trailer. This location is super hit or miss. I think they mean well & the workers are cool and attentive but sheesh man. 0 parking & space here fyi. Good turn around time for sure.”

“Initially we had a rental issue given the account manager is in Miami and we are in LA. Carl M from Montebello was quick to resolve our issues and provide us the best resolutions in a timely manner. He went out of his way in assisting during his break! He is a excellent manager, Ryder is happy to have him! Will use it again!”
