David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

“I highly recommend renting a car here! The cars are all very nice and the rates are quite reasonable. Dave, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I rented a car for a month from him 10 years ago when I first moved to LA. A couple of years ago my mom rented from him for 6 weeks and he remembered me. She rented again from him recently and at one point couldn’t figure out how to unlock the steering wheel so Dave drove across town to unlock it for her. Dave even helped me get my own car fixed when I was in a recent accident. Great place!”

“Really pleased with the level of service these guys had. The check-in process was not long (for a Monday)! They were more than helpful when I needed additional rental items, and there was no hassle when I had to adjust the details in-person of my online booking (which was also very easy in the app). Parked the truck after hours around the corner and dropped the key off in the "after hours drop off" box. No random charges, and no "funny business" when I looked at the receipts. They called me to follow up on the return and were very friendly. Besides the tight parking situation, I would gladly rent from them again! Very satisfied.”

“My place of choice. Jose is the best guy to talk about any power tools you need. They have forklifts ,scissors lift, generators, jack Hammers, light poles, sit on machine floor scrapers and much more. Personal are super nice and helpful. But if you don't forget to ask for Jose he's the guy with allot of experience on my tool o power machines u need to rent. I been a customer for 5 years and never had a problem with any of their equipment I have rented. I own a demolition company and they have allot of tools for rent and for sale.”

“This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. Everything was done virtually and Ryan was able to help me get the keys in Less than 10 minutes. The cargo van was clean and very nice. At the end of my rental I made a mistake in the fuel starting point and the system charged me for fuel even though I had pumped gasoline to where I got it from and Ryan was so helpful and helped me correct the discrepancy! overall great customer service, simple, straightforward and so easy. Will be renting from here again in the future if I need another uHaul!”

“I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!”

“Whatever you don't ever go to this tire place to rent a uhaul truck. They are absolutely the worst people to do business with. They charge you what and how they feel like. They put the charge on your credit card although you tell them you are paying in cash. Trust me don't go there.”
