“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“I’ve used this spot 4 or 5 times in the past year to rent a U-haul, usually to transport my artwork. Came in clutch for a smog check once when picking up a truck. Dude is super nice, seems like he only has a handful of trucks/vans so it’s not like one of those big lots where you can find yourself waiting for a million years. I’m usually in and out in minutes. Totally my neighborhood U-Haul dealer. ?”

He has actually answered calls an emails to get payment an rate issues resolved with little to no help from management. They don't charge you a bunch of hidden and extra fees like other places do. Their prices are straight forward and firm. You don't have to worry about some lazy mechanic getting paid minimum wage doing a half a$$ job and working on your vehicles... it's only the two brothers there and they are professional, skilled, and honest. “What a gem that I didn't even know was around the corner from me! I could hear my front brakes grinding, but I kept putting off repairs being afraid of the price. Also since I had had them replaced twice in the last 3 years somewhere else, I didn't want to be milked for money I didn't have. So I looked online, again, for a new mechanic, this time, one that hopefully had enough good reviews that would tell of excellent work and service. And only 1 stood out from the rest...Molina's Automotive. Tens and tens of 5 solid star reviews caught my eye, and as I began to read the testimonials, I decided to give them a try. I called first and explained what I was told at my dealership when getting an all-point inspection, and Jorge was extremely kind, patient, and really listened to all my concerns and issues. He recommended the first thing I do was to get an oil change even while I waited to come in to see him (great suggestion because I still needed to use my car but I shouldn't put off the oil change). That led me to respect him even more since he was willing to give me some basic info of my vehicle even before I came in. Not many people do this! I got my oil change, and later came in, and he did my brakes and rotors and I felt so at peace leaving my vehicle there. When he later called me with an update, he was so explanatory over the phone in ways I completely understood. It brought so much clarity to things I've been wondering about my vehicle that no other mechanic had ever shared, but confirmed things that I was noticing as a driver. Long story short, I was so happy to pay him the affordable price he charged me because of his kindness, information shared, and just all-around great customer service.
