“Customer service is good. It’s fast. Employees are friendly. When you are doing a return for an online purchase make sure you get your receipt. They ll say you’re good to go but if the transaction doesn’t go through due to wrong email or phone no you might lose your money.”

Prices are comparable to online, but often, online photos and colours look very different in person. The red color online was actually neon orange in person. This stirred ne to a different shoe. It also helps to see other options and check comfort level, particularly in sports shoes”
“Columbia makes good stuff. The prices here at the outlet are competitive for some things, but some things are priced about the same as online.
However, check the pricing when you checkout. They have some tricky pricing or the computers are not matching the price listed. I bought a hydration pack that the price was clearly listed at $69.99. At checkout, the register put the price at $89.99. They did chang the price very reluctantly after pointing it out, but it took some explaining and debating my case. They still thought I was wrong in the situation. Sorry, but customers should not have to deal with that and have the prices correct at the computer registers.”
