“They were almost immediate in their email responses to my inquiry, with great attention to detail. As a new gun owner I felt confident in moving forward with purchasing a gun here. I was able to set up an appointment to do paper work in 1 day, and that whole process took less than 10 minutes total. I had an efficient and positive experience, I'm excited to be doing more business here.”

“Super solid badminton store.- Very small and simple- Best pricing for restringing. You can bring your own or select from one of their many choices ranging from durable to aggressive stringing options.- I got my racket restrung for $27 total. Turnaround time was 4 days. Dropped off on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday.- The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable since I'm a very casual badminton player. I asked quite a few questions and he was able to answer everything and make recommendations.- Tons of rackets, shoes, grips and everything in between.Overall, great place for your badminton and tennis needs! I'm glad there's one in the area for me.”

“This product is amazing and has quite literally kept me employed. I’ve been a batting instructor for over 20 years and have been bending over to pick up baseballs in the cage almost my whole life. I had surgery and couldn't bend over to pick up the balls and I needed something. What a life saver. I use it everyday now and wont go in the cage without it. Everyone that sees me using it in the cage wants one. Your crazy if you’re still bending over to pick up balls in the cage or out on the field. It’s super fast, portable, and easy to use. Every dad and coach needs one of these. Its a complete gamechanger.Ryan MooreEx Cal State Fullerton baseball playerEx MiLB player”

“The staff are very nice and helpful. However, this review is mainly about the Rugged Exposure house brand Journey II MF shoe. This was my late father's favorite shoe for walking and hiking, and when he could no longer do those things and his balance was bad, they were excellent support shoes at a fraction of the cost of specialized balance shoes. Later, when diabetes made his feet swell a bit, we just shifted to the wide width shoe. My father's physical therapist thought they were specially made for poor balance! Anyway, thank you Big 5 for supplying my dad with footwear he loved at a great price that he could wear at all life stages.”

“I own a Taekwondo school in San Mateo and work with three different supply companies. While, I don't love their TKD uniforms (they specialize in Kung Fu and karate), their customer service and specialty items are outstanding! They are wonderful to work with and have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions.”

“Went to exchange shirts, Zach who worked there was very friendly and efficient. Ended up having a 20 minute conversation with him as he noticed my wife and I were foreigners (on our honeymoon from NZ) he was very friendly, polite and was just overall a very nice guy! If you get the chance to come here when he’s here, don’t hesitate to be friendly with him as he is an absolute star.”
