“Hands down the best car loan experience! I am a first time new customer - had 3 days to find a bank that would be willing to beat the rate that carmax was offering me. I called Patelco on a early Monday Morning Alex Q. Helped me over the phone he was very patient (knowing I was in a hurry) & understanding with me that I was nervous doing this over the phone and via email. He walked me step by step explaining throughly in a way I could understand & he made me feel that I could trust him with very sensitive information. Less than an hour later I received an email from Patelco indicating wonderful news & was able to beat carmax loan rate!! Finished the car loan application with Bernard T. Who also walked me step by step over the phone with uploading all personal documents needed to finalize the process. After many emails back and forth- He too was also very professional & understanding and patient with me! By 3pm Bernard was able to generate/print a check at my nearest Patelco location and I was able to pick up the check, then drop off to carmax that same evening! Both Alex and Bernard went above and beyond to help me without having to step foot in their Milpitas branch. So grateful they took my call and appreciate their willingness and efforts to help me. overall happy that a Patelco was able to help me! Anyone looking for a loan, do yourself a favor and go to Patelco first before stepping foot at any dealership. You won't regret it! Thank you Alex & Bernard! “This was the third location after driving around on a weekday that was actually OPENED ! Two other locations were closed at 10-11am on a Tuesday but no reflection of closing. The older lady who was at the door, I think she was the manager. I told her the other locations were closed without any notifications. She apologized. It wasn't her fault. One other person was at the counter. She looked like a teenager but she was friendly. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.”
“We used Nick 2x: for our brooklyn (new construction) condo in 2019 and our manhasset single family home in 2022. Even though he is based out of CA, he is super knowledgeable and responsive (my husband thought he was based in NYC because of how responsive he was even in the ET mornings). Nick also has the best rates. Both times (2019 and 2021), I reached out to other banks for rates and BoA has always had the best rates. He also does all these extra little things that you wouldn't expect... and it's those things that make a world of a difference. Cannot recommend Nick enough!”

“Being very surprised about the low score they have here. I have very good experience at this Milpitas local branch. No appointment, I usually just walk in when i recalled some troubles I need to fix. Last time it was 4 months ago Seema took the lead within 5 minutes after I completed that sigh-up sheet. She analyzes all the pro and con for my question applying promotion plans. Also the bank tellers whoever processed my checks are always polite and nice. I am very satisfied with this team considering they are so underrated among these comments

“This is a small Wells Fargo Bank and that same term describes its parking lot since there are neighboring businesses that share the same lot. Coming here during peak hours will potentially raise your blood temperature and cause mood swings- you've been warned. Besides that, the customer service is good. Employees are always here to greet you upon arrival. I normally do my banking transactions with the ATM machines but whenever I'm in need of assistance, the staff is pretty helpful.”

“Bank followed Covid-19 protocols. They had shields up and standing stickers for customers. The limited the capacity. I think they did give out hand sanitizers. Jimmy Nguyen greeted me and helped me get a chair. Lien Nguyen was the teller who helped me and she was friendly. Of all the other banks I went to, this bank has great customer service.”

Hoa took the time, care, and attention to detail to review my accounts and help me get my first car loan. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was trying to be up-sold in any way. Hoa was trustworthy throughout the entire car loan process and was up-front and transparent. When I was coming in to inquire about my car loan, Hoa even reviewed my existing accounts and I am so glad she did because she made me financially advantageous recommendations relative to my older existing accounts. When the dealership created a problem with the loan process, Hoa walked me through step by step through the entire process and I felt confident in the support I was getting.
