I went to the ECR Sunnyvale branch attempting to get a cash advance using my Costco Citibank Visa. James Havard was the person helping me and he was so nice, professional, and truly wanted to make sure I was happy with his service. Because of the way Costco dictates the cash balance on the cards, I was unable to use that card. Martine, another banker there, reminded me that I can get a cash advance at any bank no matter which card I was using.
