I called Patelco on a early Monday Morning Alex Q. Helped me over the phone he was very patient (knowing I was in a hurry) & understanding with me that I was nervous doing this over the phone and via email. He walked me step by step explaining throughly in a way I could understand & he made me feel that I could trust him with very sensitive information.
