“I can't express how much I LOVE the Zoom Room in Belmont!!! All the trainers with whom we have worked are thoughtful and knowledgeable. They respect the dogs and their owners in a way that is unlike any other training experience we have had in our 30+ years of owning dogs. I recommend them to anyone who wants to train their dog in a loving environment that celebrates and understands the unique temperament of each pet while helping owners learn strategies to guide their dog to desired behaviors with positive reinforcement.”
“Very useful self service pet wash stations. Nice assortment of raw food and treats. Best of all, the employees are friendly and.. normal. The employees at the San Carlos PetSmart are always strange and overbearing at times, so I’m grateful for the exceedingly normal people that work here.”

“They are the best. Amazing staff, great products, and wonderfully priced. If they don't have something they will order and always make sure you are getting your money's worth. Once the order comes in the owner will text you directly to let you know it has arrived. You get free treats whenever you buy something. Please support our Mom and Pop shops.”
“Good variety of pet foods, treats and supplies. They also have a pet bathing area where you can bathe your dog (complete with shampoo and blow dryer), although it's a little pricey (~$18, although buy 3 & get one free).”

I love that PFE cares so much about the quality and sourcing of its products. I learn so much from the team every time I go. “Absolutely astounded. 120 Doberman I dog sit is NOT a fan of water. Staff gave me all the time in the world. I waited for him to calm down. About 30 minutes in, one of the staff, Sophia, came in and helped calm him down and he was all washed up just ten minutes later with no fuss. Great place.”
“Their staff at this location is super helpful and professional. I was trying to find out if the store carries a specific brand for my Rottie. I gave them a call just to double check their inventory before I made my way to the store. Not only did the staff check but also had great customer service and patience with all of my questions over the phone. Thank you for making it easier for my family and I. “We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place. Due to a cancellation, John was able to schedule us earlier before the holidays. Everyone is helpful and supportive from the first assessment to the subsequent physical therapy sessions. Our pet was diagnosed with FCE and was temporarily paralyzed in all four legs. Prior to finding Scout’s house, the ver prescribed steroids and pain killers, which made our dog miserable. We were quite at a loss about providing proper care.After his first session with Krista, he was able to sleep peacefully through the night. 3 sessions later, he is now able to walk again. We’re very thankful for their compassion and kindness.”
“I love Waggin Tails! The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. The staff are helpful and kind.”
“The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“This review is for training with Stephanie! She is fantastic. Seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has helped us with our two puppies, so much. Week 1 they were scared to say hi to big dogs, fast forward to week 6 and they are booping noses with a dog about 80 pounds heavier than them. Don’t get confused, she is tough but there is so much love in her. She shares it with you and your dog. Definitely pick her class if you are looking for a wonderful trainer!”
“The store is very pleasant, organized and clean. Staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of variety in pet supplies for all kinds of pets. I went in looking for a heat lamp and found it easily, where other brand stores didn't have that product in that I needed at all. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Great staff, great store!”
“Vincenzo and the team at Petco FC (Bridgepoint) are awesome!!? Vincenzo has groomed my dog at least 3x and she loves it. I am happy because I know she is safe, sound and those attending to her and their other clients seem to enjoy what they do. Giving my dog a bath at home is simply impossible. I wish I had the knack for it. ⭐️?? ”

Additionally, the store manager, Mark, was friendly and introduced me to Petco's grooming services, which saved me the hassle of searching elsewhere.
