“The store's aesthetic was sooo cute! We purchased a bunch of velvet harnesses/collars/leashes! Kota, in the pictures, is about 70 lbs, and the size XL fit him for the collar! I love how they have matching fits you can purchase for you and your pup, however I wish they had more clothes for bigger dogs. I didn't really see any.”

“Only place I get all my pet stuff- the staff are knowledgeable, the pets are in good temporary setups, and taken care of every morning, and refreshed every evening. The groomers are friendly, the staff love helping, and know what you need when you need it. The only thing I'd critique is maybe Petco needs to get them a custodian, as the associate or managers have to clean the restrooms, and there is no way to polish or mop the floor quickly. But they care! I met one at the front who (while holding a new baby bumblebee python) said she had been scrubbing fish tanks, gave me advice for caring for the wheatgrass I bought, and helped me understand a little more about my kitties' food, and their dietary needs. Photos included are of the very happy and sweet parakeets they have right now, and the new snake as he came in! By the way, the guinea pigs are not living in squalor or malnourished, they are just messy creatures and those guinea pigs are hairless naturally. They're hairless guinea pigs, haha And the birds aren't plucking their feathers- they're preening. It's how they keep clean, especially during molting season. If a bird was plucking they'd be bald by the time that silly lady noticed it was happening. Remember to take the things you read online with a grain of salt, and do your research before trying to ruin a business and people's livelihoods.”

“As a dedicated owner I cannot praise PetSmarts enough for the exceptional service products section I generally love coming to the pet stores and shopping for all my friendly furry animals. The store is cleanliness and organization of the store also worth mentioning. I appreciate all the inventory they have for cats dogs reptiles all the pets. Went to grab a few things and of course walked up down every aisle. Definitely highly recommend this pet store for all you pet owners out there if you're looking for food treats toys accessories this is the place to visit.”

“If you haven't been lately give it another try. New manager and more staff. I have complained before that it was dirty and messy with un-stocked shelves and never any shopping carts, but I was very happy to see carts, clean floors, happy cashier and no piles of stuff sitting everywhere. They have the cat food I need and the litter I like so I kept coming back, but now I'm happy to do so.”
