“They tell you the pricing straight up in a quote and offer adjustments to your plan depending on what You would want for expl: you want your your number to stay a private when calling others, or scam block and even Mexico calling has improved we don’t have to dial as many numbers as we used to and it’s only $5 unlimited that’s pretty economical. Also the 72 hour extension for late payments helps a lot when you’re in a bit of a bind. Surprisingly I get reception in places that Verizon can’t and my friend (has Verizon) is always asking for my hotspot service when this happens lol.”
“Stoped by a few days ago, great customer service , friendly and attentive staff who were ready to help as soon as I walked in. I went in just to ask a few questions and check out any promotions. I was helped by a guy named Jesus. He was so knowledgeable and kindly explained everything thoroughly . I asked a lot of questions and he was patient the whole time which convinced me to upgrade my phone !! Customer service is definitely way better than the Clovis store on Shaw or any recent store I’ve been to in Fresno.”
