Bad customer service. I went in and this girl had a bad attitude from the beginning. She didn't want to give me my warranty exchange. I don't even know why she is working there. Aweful customer service. Had to go back another day and the gentlemen that helped me was polite.

Only problem is, T-mobile don't have BlackBerry phones ?. Good people. Always handled everything smoothly with me. Love my Wi-Fi there, excellent up dates. woowoo
