I did receive a quote prior to leaving, but when I got home I received a call from Rudy stating the battery needed to be replaced, but it was optional. “Stopped in to inquire about an iPhone I'd seen on Marketplace. The guy who helped me was really nice. Super responsive to his customers. He showed me the phone and told me he could transfer all my stuff on my existing phone to the one I was purchasing. It took a little bit due to my 20000+ pictures, so I waited in my car for a about 1/2 hour. When I went back in, my new to me phone was almost ready. For the first couple weeks, my phone kept telling me I might not have an authentic Apple battery (or something to that effect), but the message finally quit coming back. I've had the phone for almost two months now and I've had no issues. I love the updated camera on this phone and I sure saved a lot of money over purchasing a brand new one.”

“I had to have my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 repaired and I was super happy with my repair. The screen was cracked and a lot of other places wouldn't fix it because it was so old. The owner was honest with me and like others he recommend that since my phone was old it would be better to get a new phone, he wasn't trying to sell me a phone but was being honest. But I am a creature of habit and was set on fixing my phone. The repair was done super fast and I am satisfied. Don't let the size of this tiny shop fool you, it's great service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!”
