Talked to att over the phone until they basically said they didn't know wtf to do. I went in to this location for real to find out when to cancel my whole account so I can go to another company. The young lady working here was awesome. She was the ONLY one I spoke to who came up with a solution. I wish I remembered her name!!! But she's awesome and kudos to her!”

“Took my daughter to upgrade her phone Friday 12/08 and was helped by Janeth.Janeth acknowledged us from the moment we walked in the door. I had called prior to driving to the store to confirm there inventory and when we arrived she already knew what we were there for.Janeth made the process so smooth and took the time to explain the phone features to my daughter and walked her through how to transfer the info from her old phone to the new one.
