We experienced a terrible 2yr ordeal with AT&T and as soon as we were able, we went back to T-Mobile, where for 13 years we were customers. We got new phones and everything was explained in great detail; the teamwork and support among Josh, Charlie, Patty and Xitlali was outstanding.
