I had called prior to driving to the store to confirm there inventory and when we arrived she already knew what we were there for.Janeth made the process so smooth and took the time to explain the phone features to my daughter and walked her through how to transfer the info from her old phone to the new one. “Awesome spot to bring ya phone in, came in Sunday and was told about an hour and a half came in and was so surprised to see my phone looking brand spanking new! Fortunately for me, when I walked in, I was told to wait about ten more minutes and because of that, I got a free case plus screen protector! That’s awesome customer service if you ask me.
