“Home Depot is hands down my favored store of all time. And let’s be honest there’s not a bunch of Harvard graduates working there. As as soon as the CAT knives showed up on the Home Depot site I inquired with one of the sales associates and she replied “ kitty cat” Of course I was referring to the CAT - Caterpillar- heavy equipment operator company But they don’t carry the stores so I understand for her it’s not part of her required curriculum. I was looking for a replacement bulb for a lava lamp which are specialty bulbs ( of course they have to heat to a precise degrees or they ruin the substance inside the lava lamp) And the sale aaaociate, looked at me all confused Then said “ really your supposed to use a special kind of bulb, I guess that’s why all the floor models of the lava lamps got ruined right after I changed the bulbs” And at the moment he was trying to help me find the bulb I needed The blind leading the blind I worked at harbor freight when I was 19 Not only did I memorize every single sku number of every item we carried I taught myself how to use every last one. And do construction to this day and I’m 43 I loved my job and was always very knowledgeable about everything we sold. There’s maybe two employees in every store that actually feels that way about customer service and it’s super lame because sometimes u do need assistance Even worse when u need something like materials for a job u don’t want to run into a guy who’s trying yo “ fake it till he make it” If u get materials u need to have cut for your order and prepared before u leave by the time u get back ti the job And find out the size is wrong u have lost time that could make or break that job and customer I still give it 5 stars because of inventory and my overall need for brands like Milwaukee and channel lock that lame Lowe’s doesn’t carry and that’s the only other option we would have”

“My 8 year old Samsung gas dryer started making squeaking and rumbling sounds a bit ago. What made it easy to ignore ? and difficult to explain was the sound was intermittent. When I finally decided to address the noise I called Team SoCal and Polo the tech came with only one day's notice and did a fantastic job addressing the issue.I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Polo. He was efficient, careful with my home, and clearly knowledgeable. I was treated respectfully and charged a fair rate for the service completed.I highly recommend Team SoCal for all your appliance repair needs!”

“Being s new home owner I truly missed the days of having a landlord that took care of the basic maintenance and installation of my apartment. First order of business was to sign up for free Hone Depot Pro rewards program, which will afford discounts and cash after you accumulate points. I love plants but I do not have a green thumb luckily Home Depot have trained horticulture specialist who advised the Snake plant will be the best selection. Indeed it was I have since purchased 3 additional snake plants which do not required sunlight and a lot of daily or weekly watering. I also purchased a cute bathroom cabinet and the tools needed to assemble and hang this product. Once again a helpful Home Depot attendant from plumbing advised on the proper way to assemble and hang this cabinet on my kitchen wall. I am a early bird so I usually arrive at 6am. Oftentimes there will be a nice greeter to welcome you, and the staff is overall friendly and pleasant. The inside and outside of this store is very clean. I tend to have to wait for my driving services and I feel safe waiting outside .”

“Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.”

“From when I walked into the store I knew I was glad I went to Howard's. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, led me to the products I was interested in and gave me my space to decide. I purchased a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The payment and delivery schedule was seamless. The delivery and set up was performed by two different knowledgeable pairs of technicians. They contacted me via text and phone for delivery confirmation and arrived at the scheduled times. They were very professional and made sure each appliance worked properly. I give the whole process Five Stars”

“Dan was great! Immediately understood the issue, replaced the non-functioning electric controls, set the clock for me, and tested the controls to see that everything worked as it should! Dan was knowledgeable and provided professional, courteous & cheerful customer service! He was in-and-out within 10 minutes, and put the oven through its paces to be sure everything works! Not like the lousy tech at Appliance Guard in Redondo Beach---he lied numerous times and was very rude---he left without checking the controls to make sure everything worked, (which, obviously it didn't!), as Dan had to install a whole new control panel! Thank you, Dan!!! You were my Knight in Shining Armor today!”

“The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!”

“This review is for heat pump and air handler installation. I called on a Wednesday morning after our air handler stopped working on a cold night. I went with their advice of replacing my entire system since it was 10 years old and not worth fixing. They came out three days later on a Saturday to remove the old and install the new system despite the cold icy weather. They worked a good 12 hours to make sure everything was set up and running properly. They were very polite and spent a good deal of time explaining everything I needed to know. Overall I was very happy and impressed with my experience with 4 Service Pros and all the technicians we worked with.”

The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”
