“Recently, I found myself befuddled with my phone. I was trying to load a cash app but instead ended up going in circles. I gave up then reached out to the people at First Bank where I have an account. After a short wait, I was greeted by Ines. He invited me into his office and listened to my concerns. He took the time to load the app for me, showed me how to log in, then he took the time to make my bank account accessible too.I was very impressed with his courtesy, knowledge, and patience. I also noticed that he greeted all other customers by their first name as they came in to use the ATM. I joined First Bank for convenience. What a bonus to find such excellent service from him and all of the associates at this branch. Well done. I will recommend First Bank to everyone.James”

He was extremely attentive and understanding of everything we went through. Keith helped us with a genuine smile and empathy for what had happened. “Moved to Rocklin/Roseville area in 2002 joined Safe Credit Union. Over the last 23 years used Safe Credit for Mortgages, Line of Credit, Car Loans straight forward service in each case. “This Wells Fargo is always so accommodating. I needed assistance and went to 2 other Wells Fargo branches. Tellers would direct me to go on the app. I didn't want to do that, I needed a printout. Lucky for me Emily gave me the paperwork I needed. I told her about my driving to different branches and she was very sympathetic. Great service hours, friendly tellers, clean bank space. There wasn't a line when I got there! Thank you Emily for your polite assistance otherwise I would have to go to Kinko's and try to get printing help there. This branch is pretty far from me, but I will continue to come here.”
“I am VERY pleased to take my one star review up to five today! After choosing to use the Folsom branch for the last couple years, I gave this one another try this week. I had a completely positive experience with not one, but two, staff members. For starters, when I asked a gentleman (sorry I didn't catch your name) up by the front if I could run a quick question by him, he stopped and acknowledged me and got me started in the right direction. The second gentleman, Roberto, a branch manager, went above and beyond to listen to my situation and help come up with a solution to my dilemma. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and also upfront about possible costs my situation might incur. Roberto I thank you so much for going that extra mile for me to get my passport renewal payment sorted out. I will definitely go back to this branch now based on this experience.”
