“I've had great experiences with Umpqua. Erin at the Stanford Ranch branch has always been wonderful! I think the current low rating must be from the occasional person who has an off experience or didn't like what they were told and because of the thousands of us who have positive experiences don't usually take the time to rate a bank or tell the public where they bank. But when some one is mad, they sometimes want to strike back, so maybe that's where the low reviews are coming from? Umpqua has been probably my favorite bank in all my years. They are just regular people trying to do their best.”

“Thank you so much to Kelly! I opened a new account a few weeks ago and was not told by the customer service over the phone that my checks would be held for 2 weeks once I deposited it. I was stuck with none of my funds for 3 days because of this. I called and Kelly answered with a bright and happy tone and fixed my issue within an hour. “I visited to this branch in person today (11/9) to dispute a recent transaction after losing my card. I came in feeling a little stressed about the situation, but that was quickly alleviated after Hannah at the front desk helped me address my problems. She assisted me with so much kindness and professionalism; she listened attentively to my story, showed so much patience in taking care of my needs, and eased my anxiety. Whenever finances is involved, it's always stressful but I can say with confidence that Hannah made it so quick and easy. I was ordered a new card and walked away reassured that my current card will still work until the new one is activated by me. That was after asking him many times to reassure myself. “I've been going to this specific branch for the past few years and I have always received the best service. The employees here are always professional and friendly. Faye is always in the best mood and the gentleman with the mustache (I can't remember his name) really enlightens the atmosphere on a daily basis. I highly recommend this branch specifically for the tellers. 11/10 rating!”

“A few months back. I got in a car accident. The girl broke my car. I have two jobs and have great credit. All of my banking is with Golden 1. I was told I needed to have an $800 deposit to get a loan.Or a cosigner. LOL my car guy got me a loan from another Credit Union great rate didn't have to pay for a month, no deposit and no cosigner:-) I was getting invites for Golden 12 re-assign my loan to Golden 1. The rates were high. I went in and spoke with Armine Hovhannison member services specialist. And she agreed for me to stay with the loan that I have.. I love my golden one for so many reasons. Help me live my life. Financially speaking.... I felt as if my golden one let me down.. this gal renewed me to think I should stay with you... thank you a r m i n e”
“Came here today and I haven't had a bank account in a few years and I had went to Bank of America first and they said I needed to make an appointment first so I headed over to Chase and a worker here set me up with Art and he helped out!! I'm a college athlete so it was super informative!! He showed me how to access my credit, make deposits, and use the mobile app!! I am beyond satisfied and impressed with his service and the overall service at this location. Made me feel comfortable and it felt like more than a banking experience it definitely felt like a new step into my future!! Thank you again Art!!
