“I was very pleased with one of the representatives named KIRSTEN..she approached me and asked if I needed help but I'm sure she wasn't expecting to assist me in my frantic behavior. She calmly sat me at one of their tables and went to work. Her fingers got to typing notes onto the Capitol One site and clearly communicated my issues with the online staff. I gave up then reached out to the people at First Bank where I have an account. After a short wait, I was greeted by Ines. He invited me into his office and listened to my concerns. He took the time to load the app for me, showed me how to log in, then he took the time to make my bank account accessible too.I was very impressed with his courtesy, knowledge, and patience. I was told someone would look into my situation. Tiffany was very nice and was able to help me make a new account within minutes we decided on the free checking and savings account for me since that would fit my financial needs, she was very sweet took her time and asked me before I left if I had any more questions and even showed me how to download the safe credit Union app and how to sign onto it she went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience really happy with her exceptional customer service skills She was awesome. I am very happy that I was able to open up an account and be in an out this was an awesome, smooth process. This location is a newer location. It's very large very nice very friendly staff. This is definitely a bank that everybody should check out given the fact that it's a credit union you could pull money from golden one and they will not charge a fee on it. They made my transaction very easy they were able to transfer my funds from the golden one into my new account. I was happy with my experience. I am really glad they were able to accommodate me given the fact it was a weekend that made my weekend even better. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking to get a new bank account. They are awesome. Plus they have really great auto loans definitely a place to check out.
